Job Summary

This role involves preparing and executing internal audits, ensuring compliance, and supporting external audits within a dynamic and expanding engineering services environment. Key responsibilities include managing follow-up items, coordinating with various departments, and administering the Internal Control System (IKS), including managing authorizations (Vollmachten) and conducting internal controls and training sessions. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in economics or technology, or relevant professional training combined with several years of experience as an auditor and in internal control systems. Success in this position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, and the ability to communicate and moderate effectively, alongside fluent German and good English skills.
