Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of the organization, responsibility, and execution of construction projects, specifically in underground construction (Tiefbau), working closely with the overall Project Management team. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and monitoring external services, subcontractors, and material deliveries, while also managing the deployment of technical equipment and assigned personnel. A key focus is ensuring strict adherence to client requirements and project specifications. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification (Master Craftsman/Technician) and bring several years of professional experience as a Site Manager in underground construction. Success in this position requires a high degree of independence, confidence, commitment, flexibility, and strong team capabilities, alongside fluency in German and good English skills.
