Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the pre- and final assembly of high-quality steamer appliances, overseeing a team of approximately 100 employees within the manufacturing site. The Manager is responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of team leaders, ensuring the department's operations align strictly with corporate goals. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing the deployment of personnel, machinery, and materials to meet targets for quality, quantity, delivery reliability, and cost-efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, extensive leadership experience in assembly—ideally within the metal and electrical industry—and strong skills in Lean and Shopfloor Management.
