Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional looking to provide hands-on, direct support within large enterprise environments. As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT workstations, including crucial IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. Day-to-day tasks involve setting up, relocating, and dismantling IT workplaces, performing system installation and secure deletion of notebooks, and executing thorough error analysis and troubleshooting directly at the user’s location. You will also manage and document all service requests efficiently within a ticketing system. Key qualifications include proficiency in Windows 10/11, strong familiarity with Office 365, and experience handling diverse IT hardware. This position offers a fixed-term contract with competitive, above-tariff compensation, project supplements, and a high potential for long-term assignment and eventual takeover by the client.
