Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient and solution-oriented IT professional ready to join an innovative IT services company. The core responsibilities involve the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software, alongside the continuous support and development of the existing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and client systems. A significant part of the job is providing 1st and 2nd-level technical support, analyzing, and resolving disruptions, and meticulously documenting all procedures. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and demonstrate solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments, network management, server operations, and standard security practices.
