Job Summary
This is a responsible and varied role within a rapidly growing, sustainable food production company based in Lüneburg, focusing on maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure. The IT Support Specialist will be the primary point of contact for employees, providing First- and Second-Level Support, managing user accounts, and handling the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Key responsibilities include supporting the network, servers, and end-user devices, documenting IT processes, and assisting with various IT projects and rollouts. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or possess comparable qualifications, coupled with proven experience in IT support, Windows environments, network technology, and Microsoft 365.
