Job Summary

This role involves leading and consulting on projects related to financial software, specifically focusing on General Ledger Accounting (FiBu) within a dynamic IT service provider serving 72 municipalities. The successful candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, coordination of stakeholders (customers, team members, software vendors), and ensuring milestones are met through regular reporting and alignment with management. Key responsibilities also include developing and conducting comprehensive training sessions and workshops for clients, and providing post-implementation support, particularly during critical periods like annual closings. Candidates must possess a university degree in relevant fields (Administration, Business Administration, or Informatics) or an equivalent professional qualification, along with comprehensive IT and ERP software knowledge, and fluent German language skills (C1 level minimum).
