Job Summary

The Finance Manager will take on a pivotal role in the financial steering of a leading European manufacturer of cold-rolled special profiles. This position involves direct reporting to the management board and close collaboration across departments, focusing on both operational and strategic development of finance processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial and accounting activities, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS, and generating comprehensive budget, forecast, and liquidity plans. A key focus will be managing and advancing sales and production controlling, conducting profitability analyses, and supporting critical investment decisions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration or equivalent, possesses several years of professional experience in finance within an industrial setting, and demonstrates strong expertise in IFRS, HGB, SAP, and MS 365.
