Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and managing daily operations on civil engineering construction sites, primarily focusing on fiber optic expansion projects in the Gera area. The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for taking daily measurements of completed work, accurately documenting these activities using digital billing and client-specific software, and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards (e.g., RSA, ZTV’s, DGUV regulations). Key duties include participating in site inspections with clients, subcontractors, and authorities, and managing necessary correspondence. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of road and civil engineering, proficiency in standard office and application software, and a firm demeanor when interacting with business partners. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a cooperative work environment, flexible working hours (flextime with core hours 9 AM – 3 PM), and 30 days of annual leave.
