Job Summary
This crucial full-time role involves driving the digital transformation of the Germersheim City Administration. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy, focusing heavily on eGovernment implementation in line with OZG and EGovG-RLP, and introducing electronic file management systems. A major component of the job is Project Management, including establishing a standardized internal project structure, leading digitalization projects, and supporting specialized departments in their project work. Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or Administrative Informatics, or possess equivalent specific administrative qualifications (Angestelltenprüfung II or third entry-level career examination). Proven experience in project leadership is essential, complemented by strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
