Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive support and optimization of the entire IT infrastructure for various clients, requiring a blend of on-site and remote service capabilities. Key responsibilities include managing and expanding network infrastructure—covering cabling, switches, routers, firewalls, and WiFi—and providing first and second-level support for technical issues using remote service tools like TeamViewer and RDP. The specialist will also administer user accounts, computers, and access rights within Microsoft Active Directory. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship in IT System Integration or equivalent professional experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft Client/Server environments, and basic familiarity with heterogeneous Windows and Linux networks.
