Job Summary

This role seeks a service-oriented and technically enthusiastic professional to join a certified distributor of high-quality medical technology. The Service Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of medical systems, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair within clinics, hospitals, and medical practices. Key day-to-day tasks involve independent fault analysis and resolution on-site, planning service deployments, and conducting necessary safety inspections. The role also requires providing technical support via phone and remote tools (e.g., TeamViewer) and collaborating closely with the technical and sales teams. Candidates must possess a completed technical education in electronics or electrical engineering and demonstrate strong customer focus, excellent IT skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
