Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual who enjoys solving IT problems in a dynamic environment in Wiesbaden. The Onsite Support Specialist will be responsible for managing IT service tickets (ITSM), performing machine installations according to standard specifications, and handling Active Directory tasks such as machine setup and password management based on documentation. Day-to-day activities include comprehensive asset management, device tracking, client issuance and retrieval, and physical setup/teardown of workplace equipment, including necessary cabling. Key requirements include at least three years of professional experience in the IT technical field, strong proficiency with Windows 10/11, and experience with Active Directory and operating system installation using SCCM. Fluency in written and spoken German is mandatory, along with possession of a Class B driving license, making this a crucial role for maintaining smooth IT operations for the client.
