The successful candidate will manage a partner's secretariat, handling comprehensive office organization tasks, including file management, deadline monitoring, and invoicing. Day-to-day responsibilities involve extensive correspondence with clients in both German and English, coordinating complex schedules, managing travel arrangements, and preparing presentations and settlements.
