Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as a 1st Level Support Specialist in Nuremberg involves ensuring the smooth operation of complex IT system environments. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on managing and resolving incoming support tickets in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key tasks include troubleshooting user inquiries, resolving incidents within the scope of 1st-level support, maintaining clear customer communication, and meticulously documenting all activities within the ticketing system. Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for essential software maintenance and executing patch management routines. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or System Electronics Technician, or equivalent professional experience. Essential technical prerequisites include foundational knowledge of standard operating systems, common office applications, and mobile devices, coupled with initial practical experience in network configuration, specifically routing, switching, and setting up Wireless LAN connections.
