Job Summary

This role involves specialized work within electronics manufacturing, focusing on Surface-Mount Device (SMD) production lines. The technician will be responsible for setting up, dismantling, and retooling the entire SMD line, ensuring smooth and accurate operation. Key daily tasks include monitoring the placement process, performing routine maintenance, and conducting quality control and rework on SMD-equipped printed circuit boards (PCBs). A critical component of the job is the precise hand soldering and rework of SMD and Through-Hole Technology (THT) components, requiring strong manual dexterity and quality awareness. Candidates must bring several years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing, proficiency in hand soldering, and familiarity with rework stations. The position requires flexibility to work in a 2- or 3-shift system and offers an unlimited contract in Lindau, Germany.
