Job Summary

This role involves managing and supporting critical IT applications within a specialized hospital environment, focusing heavily on the Patient Data Management System (PDMS). Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring system availability and performance, monitoring and controlling interfaces to clinical systems (like KIS and lab systems), and providing expert support and consultation to end-users. The Application Manager will also oversee the operation and maintenance of adjacent medical applications, drive optimization projects, and ensure strict compliance with data security and IT security regulations in healthcare. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Informatics or Medical Informatics, coupled with several years of professional experience in IT application management, preferably within a hospital setting.
