Job Summary

This role is a full-time, permanent position based in Espelkamp, focusing on ensuring product quality within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of machinery and executing rigorous quality control checks on manufactured goods. This position requires a high degree of self-reliance, the ability to work independently, and a positive attitude toward teamwork. Candidates must be prepared for shift work and are required to possess both a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle due to the location and work schedule. While professional experience is desirable, the core requirement is dedication to meticulous quality assurance and reliable machine handling, offering a stable, 35-hour per week contract under the BAP/DGB collective agreement.
