Job Summary

This specialized HR role supports the military peace promotion missions of SWISSINT, ensuring the timely readiness and deployment of the right personnel. Day-to-day tasks involve managing complex HR processes related to peace promotion assignments, drafting essential recruitment documentation, and coordinating all administrative steps from candidate application review through to recruitment events. You will serve as a key point of contact, providing timely answers via the personnel hotline or directing inquiries to the appropriate bodies. A core responsibility is handling the administrative lifecycle of personnel, including drafting employment contracts, supporting deployment preparations, and executing comprehensive payroll processing, including social insurance management for all deployed military members. Furthermore, you will plan and coordinate recruitment strategies, such as online campaigns and events, and act as a speaker during recruitment drives. This position offers a varied, internationally focused activity with significant autonomy, contributing directly to Switzerland's international security engagements.
