Job Summary

This crucial role involves leading and optimizing construction management processes, specifically within electrical engineering projects across Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously standardizing construction site processes, while also acting as the Electrically Skilled Person (VEFK) for nationwide sites, including conducting safety inspections and risk assessments. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of construction managers, handling team documentation, and actively participating in business development activities such as acquisition, proposal creation, and negotiation strategies. The position requires a background in electrical engineering (Master Craftsman, Certified Technician, or degree), significant professional and leadership experience in electrical construction management, and expertise in German occupational safety law. Excellent German and English skills (C1 level) are mandatory, alongside a willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally for client and management meetings.

Education

Completed vocational training as a Master Craftsman (Meister), state-certified Technician, or completed university degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience

  • Professional experience in construction management within electrical engineering
  • Relevant leadership experience in construction management
