Job Summary
This role involves the development and continuous improvement of internal SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, specifically focusing on SAP HANA, payroll, time management processes, and related reporting functions, including Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS). The developer will be crucial in optimizing existing system landscapes, automating processes, and participating in the migration and synchronization of personnel data into SuccessFactors, coordinating with modules like Compensation and Variable Pay. A key part of the job includes developing front-end interfaces, back-end functionalities, and interfaces using oData and REST-APIs, utilizing modern development tools such as Business Application Studio, Eclipse, and GitHub. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong foundational experience in SAP HCM, proficiency in ABAP/ABAP OO development, and familiarity with SuccessFactors integration scenarios, ensuring compliance with legal requirements for payroll and time management.

University degree, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Foundational experience in the SAP HCM environment, especially in payroll and time management
- Routine experience in development using ABAP and ABAP OO
- Experience with interface and integration scenarios between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Initial experience or interest in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) topics
