This critical role seeks an experienced OT Security Officer to ensure the robust security of Operational Technology (OT) environments across renewable energy assets, including onshore/offshore wind farms and photovoltaic plants. The successful candidate will blend strong governance responsibilities with hands-on security activities, acting as the NIS Responsible Officer (NRO) and the central point of contact for German authorities (BSI & BNetzA) regarding NIS compliance. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with standards like ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, and NIST, conducting regular audits and risk assessments, and supporting the implementation of technical security controls (e.g., access controls, segmentation) at the plant level.
