This role is ideal for a qualified Tax Consultant ready to act as the Center of Expertise for international employee assignments and complex cross-border income tax issues, particularly within installation and assembly projects. Key responsibilities include structuring the international project business concerning wage tax and social security, providing proactive group-wide consulting to relevant stakeholders, and managing global employee deployment. The successful candidate will also coordinate external tax consultants, actively participate in international wage tax audits and dispute resolution, and drive the digitalization and development of tax software solutions. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration, Tax Consultant qualification, and several years of relevant international experience, coupled with strong IT affinity and excellent English skills.
