Job Summary

This role involves leading a team responsible for the mechanical and/or electrical commissioning and installation of complex systems within a dynamic, innovative environment. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical and personnel management of their assigned group, ensuring the optimal flow of manufacturing and commissioning processes. Key duties include resource planning, scheduling, managing partner firms, and ensuring quality assurance and documentation for completed products. A major focus is placed on implementing continuous improvement processes (CIP), analyzing operational process metrics, and upholding occupational safety standards. Candidates should possess a background as a Master Craftsman or certified Technician in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Machine Building, coupled with leadership experience and professional expertise in the assembly and commissioning of technical systems. Strong organizational skills and fluency in German and English are required to succeed in this challenging position.
