Job Summary

This role involves managing the critical process of grid connection for various projects, ensuring technical feasibility and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include assessing site requirements for grid connection, requesting and reviewing technical offers from local network operators, and leading contract negotiations based on technical and economic constraints. The manager will coordinate closely with internal departments, external partners, authorities, and civil engineering companies to ensure seamless implementation. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field, practical experience collaborating with network operators, and deep knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., EnWG and NAV). Strong project management skills and proficiency with tools like MS Project and Excel are essential for success in this demanding and varied position.
