Job Summary

This role involves the holistic planning and coordination of infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on technical building equipment (TGA). The Facility Management Engineer will independently manage key areas such as electrical planning, fire protection, security, and climate control technology. Key responsibilities include efficient project steering, adherence to schedules and budgets, overseeing the commissioning of new systems, and ensuring flawless acceptance and documentation. A crucial part of the job is optimizing existing facilities for energy efficiency and ease of maintenance, and collaborating closely with external service providers to guarantee smooth and safe operational processes. Candidates must possess a university degree in relevant engineering fields (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Building Automation) or an equivalent technical qualification, coupled with several years of practical experience in building or electrical technology projects, and proficiency in both German and English.
