Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd-Level User Support, with potential for 3rd-Level involvement. Daily tasks include managing operating systems, security tools, servers, email systems, and handling the installation, deployment, and retrieval of hardware and software. You will also be responsible for planning and executing system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and meticulously documenting all change and service requests. The ideal candidate has a background in IT (or relevant professional experience), initial experience in hardware/software support, and strong technical understanding, coupled with excellent communication skills and fluent German proficiency.
