Job Summary

This critical role involves planning and optimizing manufacturing processes for high-voltage storage units, focusing on key areas such as assembly, bonding, painting, and foaming. The Process Planner is responsible for managing specific plant sections, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial design and specification through to ordering and handover to industrialization teams. A core function is developing standardized technical solutions that balance time, cost, and quality objectives, while acting as a crucial interface between development, planning, and operations teams. The position requires ensuring cross-site knowledge exchange and implementing best practices across the production network. The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) and possesses professional experience in implementing complex manufacturing systems, preferably within high-voltage battery production. Success requires a deep understanding of series production requirements and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
