Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced electrical engineering professional ready to take ownership of testing and validation processes within a laboratory and test field environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for development-accompanying testing, acceptance, and commissioning of electronic systems. Key day-to-day tasks include developing new test methods and setups, analyzing test results, and consulting with development teams and clients based on findings. A crucial part of the job involves coordinating the maintenance of laboratory equipment, validating new tools, and performing detailed fault analysis down to the circuit board level using advanced measurement instruments. To qualify, you must possess a completed electrical engineering education, advanced technical qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman level), and professional experience in testing power electronic assemblies and systems. Fluency in German and good English skills are required, along with a willingness to undertake occasional international business travel.
