Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key decision-maker and point of contact for pharmaceutical and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) issues within manufacturing operations. The Compliance Officer will leverage expert knowledge to support the Head of Manufacturing, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance on site. Day-to-day tasks include processing, evaluating, and documenting deviations, complaints, and pharmaceutical/technical changes. Responsibilities also extend to creating, reviewing, and approving Master Batch Records, manufacturing reports, and batch documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Pharmacy with pharmacist licensure or a related degree, coupled with several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, strong GMP knowledge, and familiarity with international regulatory requirements (e.g., EU-GMP, 21 CFR). This position requires an analytical, engaged, and solution-oriented approach, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in English.

Education

Degree in Pharmacy with pharmacist licensure (Apotheker Approbation) or related degree

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Professional experience as a contact person and decision-maker for pharmaceutical and GMP topics
