Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing all existing complaint-related processes, ensuring high-quality standards across operations. Key responsibilities include handling customer complaints using the rigorous 8D methodology, documenting findings in detailed 8D reports, and initiating corrective actions to analyze root causes and prevent future RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and production issues. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for initial assessment and evaluation of returned complaint devices and collaborating closely with various internal departments. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification, coupled with professional experience in quality or claims management, and strong knowledge of fault analysis methods like 8D, 5Why, and Ishikawa.
