Job Summary
This pivotal role involves driving the development of high-precision optics processing specifically tailored for cutting-edge EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet) applications. The Optical Physicist will take ownership of critical work packages, independently manage complex development projects, and ensure rigorous documentation and reporting of all project results to the leadership team. A key aspect of the job is the implementation of newly developed processing techniques into production, requiring close collaboration with both internal and external expert teams, including national and international institutes, and the qualification of suppliers. Candidates must possess a strong technical or scientific background, ideally a PhD, coupled with experience in developing highly complex systems and processes within the field of optics. This position offers the security of a permanent contract, high flexibility through mobile work options, and flexible working hours, allowing the specialist to contribute directly to advancing core technology.
