Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious PLC Developer eager to drive technological advancements within the mechanical engineering sector. The core responsibilities involve coordinating complex global customer inquiries and providing 1st/2nd level technical support for ADVISE automation products. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, both remotely and occasionally on-site, and independently executing service projects such as program adjustments and customer-specific modifications. A strong background in PLC, HMI, and SCL programming environments (Siemens/Rockwell) is essential, along with fluency in both German and English. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with specialized departments, manage reaction and processing times autonomously, and contribute to the development and maintenance of service tools, making it a pivotal role in supporting industrial automation revolutions.
