The Head of HSE Management will be responsible for supporting plant management on occupational health and safety matters, ensuring compliance with current HSE legislation, and promoting a strong safety culture across the company. Key tasks include conducting audits and inspections, developing and implementing HSE training programs, and reviewing operational equipment and work processes for safety compliance before commissioning. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Environmental Management, Safety Technology, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with several years of proven professional experience in a senior HSE leadership position.
