Job Summary

This Senior Systems Engineer role involves leading the development of complex and innovative high-frequency (HF) modules, taking responsibility for work package management, including budget planning and monitoring. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer requirements and translating them into robust HF architectures. The position requires technical oversight of subcontractors and external institutes, participation in system integration, commissioning, and testing of developed HF components, and presenting results internally and externally. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field, possesses multi-year professional experience in high-frequency technology, and demonstrates a strong understanding of both digital and analog HF electronic modules. Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink and very good written and spoken English skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
