Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Support Specialist to join FERCHAU, focusing on elevating technology and optimizing IT infrastructures for major clients. The core responsibilities involve the administration and support of complex IT systems, with a specific focus on enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Day-to-day tasks include delivering essential First and Second-Level Support, managing ticket resolution, performing detailed error analysis, and ensuring high system availability through robust backup and recovery processes. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of Microsoft-based client and server systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning. Candidates must possess a completed IT education, strong practical knowledge of ERP administration (such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics), and familiarity with Document Management Systems (like SharePoint).
