Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated PLC Programmer responsible for driving industrial automation projects, specifically focusing on the analysis, expansion, and development of PLC programs and associated visualization systems. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and implementing complex automation solutions, executing necessary electrical engineering modifications (new builds and conversions), and ensuring the robust maintenance and repair of technical systems within the process industry. Furthermore, the role involves checking wiring diagrams and troubleshooting MSR instruments and telecommunication systems. A core requirement is a completed qualification in automation technology and several years of professional experience in PLC programming for industrial plants. Proficiency with key tools like SIMATIC Step 7 and TIA Portal is mandatory. The position requires a Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within Northern Germany.
