Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious Laboratory Technician specializing in Food Technology, focusing on quality control and analysis within the food industry, ideally in dairy. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing chemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses on liquid food products, as well as testing auxiliary and operating materials. The technician will be responsible for sampling, preparing laboratory tests, conducting environmental controls, and meticulously documenting and evaluating results. A critical component of the job is ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and supporting the implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) measures according to legal requirements. The ideal candidate must have a completed education as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) or equivalent qualification, professional experience in the food industry, and a willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
