This role involves providing essential IT user support and field services for a renowned company in Rastatt, focusing heavily on end-user device management and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, installation, and maintenance of a wide range of IT endpoints, including PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices, with a specific emphasis on Apple iPhones and iPads running iOS. Key daily tasks include executing MAC-D processes (Move, Add, Change, Delete), handling break-fix tickets both remotely and onsite, and ensuring smooth IT operations through diligent documentation and strong customer communication.
