A core function involves Marketing Automation, specifically planning, creating, and implementing automated email campaigns, and supporting crucial lead-nurturing processes and marketing workflows. Key requirements include a completed degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communication, or Media, coupled with initial professional experience in digital marketing or content management. Proficiency with CMS systems (ideally FirstSpirit) and Marketing Automation tools (such as Marketo) is necessary. The position demands strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English to facilitate close collaboration with international teams, agencies, and internal departments, ensuring all processes adhere to GDPR guidelines.
