Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and organizational management of the "Smart Workplace Solutions" team, actively shaping the future of the Digital Workplace within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The successful candidate will blend leadership responsibilities, including coaching and resource planning, with hands-on operational involvement in developing innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include strategic steering of Digital Workplace projects, developing and governing smart applications using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lists, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and ensuring quality and user acceptance. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, proven experience in team or project leadership, and deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, coupled with strong communication, moderation skills, and an agile mindset.
