This role involves actively shaping and managing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure for the City of Vienna (Wien Digital). The specialist will serve as the technical application caretaker for the IDM.ONe service, ensuring the secure and user-friendly management of digital identities across various municipal departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support to application owners, consulting on requirements implementation within virtual service teams, and resolving complex technical issues through 2nd Level Support, adhering to ITSM processes. A key focus is maintaining comprehensive documentation, including service catalogs and operating manuals. Candidates must bring several years of professional experience in application support, ideally within the IAM domain, coupled with strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and familiarity with tools like Remedy and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence). The position offers a permanent contract, flexible working hours, and the option for up to 60% mobile work.
