Job Summary

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of digital operations governance at Wien Digital, focusing on ensuring compliance and optimizing governance processes. The IT Governance Coordinator will primarily support the business unit management by effectively controlling the follow-up of measures derived from various management systems, including internal and external audits (ISMS, ISO, ISAE 3402). Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing order and measure tracking, coordinating technical and content alignment with specialist departments, and monitoring IT infrastructure lifecycle orders to ensure stable, secure, and economic IT operations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in IT systems (network, server, database, cloud), excellent knowledge of IT certifications and audits, and the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. This position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work up to 60% remotely, contributing significantly to the sustainable development of digital infrastructure.
