Job Summary

This role involves leading and supervising expansion and maintenance projects within road and highway construction for one of Germany's largest infrastructure operators. The successful candidate will manage project execution, including billing, contract management, and coordination of all site personnel. Key responsibilities also include assessing local conditions, preparing and reviewing drafts, cost calculations, and tender documents, and conducting economic and variant studies for technical solutions. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, deep knowledge of German construction regulations (VOB, HOAI), and professional experience in construction management or supervision of road projects. Experience with specialized software like iTWO is advantageous, and excellent German language skills (C1 minimum) are mandatory for effective communication and documentation in this critical infrastructure role.
