Job Summary

This role is central to shaping the future of central procurement by developing and implementing efficient processes and innovative system solutions, ensuring the procurement department operates at peak performance. The manager acts as the primary contact for steering, implementing, and securing legal requirements, including public procurement law (Vergaberecht, SektVO), data protection (DSGVO/BDSG), and tax law, alongside relevant management systems (e.g., integrated risk management). Day-to-day tasks involve managing and adjusting departmental processes, leading and participating in projects to integrate new legal standards (like LkSG, CSR) into operational procurement, and preparing for internal and external management audits (ISMS, UMS/EMS). The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics, possesses strong system affinity with SAP MM and Microsoft Excel, and has deep knowledge of procurement law and various ISO management systems (14001, 50001, 9001, 27001).
