Job Summary
This role is for an SAP HCM/EC Key User at Fritz Winter, one of the world's largest independent foundries, focusing on the continuous improvement and operational integrity of HR systems. The Key User acts as the central point of contact for HR and interfacing departments, addressing errors, providing support, and implementing new or changed processes within SAP HCM or Employee Central (EC). Key responsibilities include managing authorization and reporting, creating and amending workflows, and proactively identifying and resolving operational disruptions in close collaboration with the IT department and external AMS providers. The position requires a high affinity for digitalization and process optimization, involving the analysis of improvement potential, creation of test scenarios, and delivery of internal training. Furthermore, the role involves project leadership for migrating non-SAP systems to SAP HCM/EC and maintaining compliance with legal, tariff, and company-specific regulations. The ideal candidate holds a commercial qualification or a degree in business administration and possesses relevant experience in SAP HCM/EC, coupled with fluent German language skills.
