Job Summary

This role is for a Field Service and Project Technician responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and installation of electro-technical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, primarily focusing on fueling station technology and the rapidly expanding EV charging infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include working on electrical distribution systems, lighting, and performing fault analysis on equipment such as fuel dispensers, tank content measurement systems, and POS systems. A key responsibility is the new installation and commissioning of EV charging stations and complex charging parks. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or similar skilled trade, coupled with strong technical understanding and manual dexterity. The position is field-based within the Greater Cologne area, utilizing the technician's home location as the deployment base, and includes the provision of a company car, iPad, and flexible working hours.
