Job Summary

This role involves operating and maintaining advanced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production lines for a manufacturer of electronic systems. Key responsibilities include the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of specialized equipment such as stencil printers, SMD pick-and-place machines (like Mycronic), reflow ovens, and AOI systems. A critical part of the job is creating and optimizing assembly and testing programs and ensuring the high quality of soldering results through careful assessment. Ideal candidates possess completed vocational training in electronics or a comparable qualification and demonstrate a precise, careful, and independent working style. This position requires very good German language skills and the willingness to work in a 2-shift system, offering the opportunity to contribute long-term expertise to exciting projects within the electrical and automation technology sectors.
