Job Summary

This leadership role involves strategically aligning and continuously developing the IT and Infrastructure Management department, focusing heavily on efficiency, quality, and future viability. The Head will ensure stable and secure IT operations, including system availability and robust IT security. Key responsibilities extend to managing technical, infrastructural, and commercial building management, as well as property administration. The successful candidate will advise internal departments on infrastructure and IT matters, ensure process compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., DORA, MaRisk, occupational safety), and manage vendor services, procurement processes, budgets, and costs. This position requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding of IT systems and facility management, and proven experience in staff leadership and strategic planning.
