Job Summary
This role is ideal for an IT professional specializing in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, focusing on managing and optimizing critical business applications within a successful pet nutrition pre-mix production company. The Application Manager will lead, control, and execute projects aimed at optimizing and digitizing business processes, specifically related to the ERP system (e.g., SelectLine, Microsoft Dynamics, or Abas ERP4). Key daily activities include coordinating and resolving disruptions, managing interfaces to systems like accounting and warehouse management, and providing essential 1st and 2nd level support to all ERP users. The position requires strong analytical thinking, expertise in database management (SQL, DB2), and a fundamental understanding of commercial processes like inventory management and accounting, ensuring the ERP system accurately reflects business operations.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development) OR University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration with an IT focus
Experience
- Professional experience with ERP systems (e.g., SelectLine, Microsoft Dynamics, Abas ERP4)
- Experience in coordinating and resolving disruptions related to ERP systems
- Experience in managing interfaces between different systems (e.g., accounting, warehouse management)
